Sapphiron is a gigantic undead frost wyrm who guards the entrance to Kel'Thuzad's inner sanctum in Naxxramas.
Sapphiron drops Key to the Focusing Iris, and Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris, which unlock 10 Player and 25 Player difficulty for The Eye of Eternity respectively.
